Now, continued Regional Head 4 Pelindo, all activities at the ports managed in Regional 4 can be monitored at any time for 24/7 or 24 hours 7 days from a control room located on the 3rd floor of the Makassar New Port (MNP) office which is now called TPK New Makassar Terminal 2.

"From the control room, all port activities in Regional 4 can be monitored through the four applications. So everything is now completely digital. Ship and goods owners can also monitor the movement of their goods and ships through the four applications anywhere and anytime, without having to visit the Pelindo office," Enriany concluded.

Division Head of Operations of Pelindo Regional 4, Yusida M. Palesang added, that through the application used by Pelindo, especially in Regional 4, it can also cut port stay and cargo stay.

The impact is certainly also felt by all people in South Sulawesi, Eastern Indonesia, and throughout Indonesia in general, through the fast and smooth distribution of goods so that all community needs are well met.
