Operational Performance
Regarding the performance of ship delays for the period s.d. April 2023 or 37.36%, this Subholding achievement was above the 2023 RKAP target. Compared to the previous year (2022) this performance increased by 124.26% YoY (Year On Year). This subholding, which has a mainstream business in the marine, equipment and port services (MEPS) sector, will penetrate 1,369,066,687 in 2023, while in 2022 it will only be 1,101,808,681 GT-hours.
Main Director of Pelindo Jasa Maritim Subholding Prasetyadi said this increase was influenced by an increase in delays at the port. "This number grew by 37.36% from the target because it was influenced by an increase in delaying activities in the STS Musi and Patimban delegation areas," he said.
Furthermore, Prasetyadi said that performance in the utility sector had also increased, especially in the distribution of fuel and gas. This performance was contributed by the company's subsidiary, namely PT Pelindo Energi Logistik (PEL), which recorded BM distribution of 7,560 KL for the period up to April 2023. When compared to the 2023 target, this figure was realized 102.63%. Meanwhile, when compared to 2022, fuel sales increased 34.21% YoY. This is due to the optimization of fuel sales in Regional 1 and 2 by PT PEL.
Likewise, gas distribution by PT LNG realized 63.29% of the 2023 RKAP target. Gas distribution by PT LNG was realized above the RKAP until. Fourth, together with the local Pelindo Regional, SPJM manages the latest technology-based Control Room as a service center and coordination center in serving customer service requests, especially for the marine sector. Fifth, SPJM continues to improve internal business processes through business process innovation and digital technology.
As an external effort, SPJM is expanding its business by cooperating with the management of special terminals and synergizing with BUMN and its subsidiaries. As was just going on some time ago, the synergy of PT BIMA or Blessing of Industrial Machinery Lifts Together with PT Pertamina Lubricant for the procurement of lubricants for the internal needs of the Pelindo group is quite large. Apart from that, of course, the procurement of this lubricant can be utilized for its services for ships sailing in all Indonesian waters.
