"Existing facilities at the port are optimized, human resources are improved, and the latest logistics solutions are implemented to ensure service activities in all Pelindo operational areas run smoothly," Ardhy added.

Entering the 6th day of Eid al-Fitr, the number of travelers using passenger terminal services reached 546,261 travelers. The busiest passenger terminals are Tanjung Perak, Tanjungpinang, Tanjung Balai Karimun, Makassar, and Ambon.

"Facilities such as passenger waiting rooms, passenger sleeping rooms, prayer rooms, toilets, lactation rooms, and security personnel are prepared to ensure that passengers remain safe, healthy, and smooth," Ardhy said.
