Pelindo's Transformation Continues, MSEs Feel the Benefits

Jakarta, 17 October 2023 PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) / Pelindo is committed to continuing the company's transformation program with a strong focus on sustainable development. Two years after the merger is a momentum for the company to improve business and operational performance, which also makes a positive contribution to society and the environment.  

Pelindo's Group Head of Corporate Secretariat, Ali Mulyono, said that this transformation aims to improve the company's performance while still paying attention to the positive impact on society and the environment.  

"One of our initiatives is the priority program for economic development and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSEs). Pelindo is active in advancing the economy in the area around the port, with a total of 7,695 fostered partners spread throughout Indonesia," he explained. 

The fostered partners receive support in the form of business training, product certification, increased business production capacity, and opportunities to participate in national and international exhibitions. With this support, the fostered partners have the opportunity to expand their market, including overseas markets.
