Jakarta, August 17, 2023 - Pelabuhan Indonesia continues to strive to improve services as an effort to prevent corruption. In a panel discussion (15/8) that presented institutions that highlight public services such as the Attorney General's Office and Stranas Pencegahan Korupsi (PK), it was stated that corruption prevention at the port can be realized through the digitalization process.
Ketut Sumedana, as the Head of the Legal Information Center of the Attorney General's Office explained that in order to prevent corruption, digitalization must be carried out in all sectors, in order to prevent it with a fast, precise and effective process and what Pelindo can do is to work together with other stakeholders.
"We are ready to assist in terms of governance in the prevention of corruption, we will help if requested and we are used to providing assistance or assistance, including security on national strategic projects, so that in the future everything can be carried out properly and increase state revenue optimally," Ketut said.
Stranas PK Daily Coordinator, Niken Ariati, also explained that with the merger of Pelindo, it is easier to encourage the system to be more comprehensive, such as the systems that Pelindo has built today. One of them is Phinisi, which is expected to be implemented in all ports actively.
