Pelindo Appoints New Board of Commissioners and Directors for Four Subholdings
Jakarta, March 1, 2023 - PT Pelabuhan Indonesia or Pelindo officially appointed new Boards of Commissioners and Directors for four Subholdings which were inaugurated at the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) last Friday (24/2). The assignment of the new Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors to the four Pelindo Subholdings is effective starting March 1, 2023.
"In accordance with the direction of the Minister of SOEs, we made changes from the management of the Pelindo Subholding. We carry out this change process in accordance with the applicable corporate governance. I represent the Main Director, and the Board of Directors of Pelindo would like to express my highest gratitude and appreciation to the management of the Pelindo Subholding who have worked for approximately 1.5 years since we merged in October 2021," said Pelindo HR and General Director, Ihsanuddin Usman .
Changes in the ranks of the Board of Commissioners and Directors in the four Pelindo Subholdings were carried out as a realization of the direction of the Ministry of SOEs to refresh in an effort to accelerate the achievement of company targets and provide the best service to stakeholders so that the Pelindo Group can carry out the mandate given post-merger.
