Changes to the Pelindo Board of Commissioners

Jakarta, 22 February 2023 - PT Pelabuhan Indonesia or Pelindo has officially undergone a change in the Board of Commissioners in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of BUMN as the Shareholder. This is stated in the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises number SK-34/MBU/02/2023 dated 22 February 2023 concerning Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Company's Board of Commissioners (Persero).

This change to the Board of Commissioners was stipulated at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) of the Ministry of BUMN. The EGMS at the same time formalized the inauguration of Sudung Situmorang as Plt. Main Commissioner/Commissioner and Jodi Mahardi as Commissioner of Pelindo, as well as the end of the tenure of Admiral TNI (Purn.) Prof. Dr. Marsetio, S.I.P., M.M. as Plt. Main Commissioner/Independent Commissioner and Antonius Rainier Haryanto as Pelindo Independent Commissioner.

"On behalf of the management of Pelindo, I would like to thank Mr. Marsetio and Mr. Rainier for the best directions and contributions that have been given while with Pelindo. We also congratulate him on his successful assignment in a new place. On this occasion, we also congratulate Mr. Sudung on his new assignment and Mr. Jodi's joining the big Pelindo family," said Pelindo's main director, Arif Suhartono.

2. Commissioner: Didi Sumedi

3. Commissioner: Sudung Situmorang

4. Independent Commissioner: Antonius Rainier Haryanto

5. Independent Commissioner: Heru Sukanto

6. Independent Commissioner: Muchtar Luthfi Mutty

7. Commissioner: Arif Toha Tjahjagama

Pelindo's newest Board of Commissioners:

1. Plt. Main Commissioner/Commissioner: Sudung Situmorang
