2022 Public Information Disclosure Award, Pelindo Wins Informative Predicate
Tangerang, 14 December 2022 - PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) or Pelindo won the Informative title with a score of 94.43 at the 2022 Public Information Openness Award held by the Central Information Commission (KIP) in Gading Serpong.
This event was chaired by the Chairman of the Indonesian Central Information Commission, Donny Yoesgiantoro, and also attended by the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs, Mr. Moh. Mahfud MD and Governor of Central Java Ganjar Pranowo. Also present was the Director of Finance and Risk Management of Pelindo Mega Satria to directly receive the award given by the Commissioner of KIP Samrotunnajah Ismail.
The Person in Charge (PJ) for Monitoring and Evaluation of the Central Information Commission Handoko Agung Saputro said that there had been a significant increase in the implementation of the 2022 Monev Award, because 122 Public Bodies had succeeded in becoming Informative from the seven categories of Public Bodies. "The achievement of the 122 Informative Public Bodies has exceeded the target of the national medium-term development plan from Bappenas, which is 98 Informative Public Bodies," he explained.
The Public Information Openness Award was held to evaluate the implementation of the Public Information Disclosure Law Number 14 of 2008 by seven categories of bodies namely State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), Provincial Governments, Ministries, State Universities, State Agencies and Non-Ministry Government Agencies (LPs). /LPNK), Political Parties, and Non-Structural Institutions.
Informative Predicate is the highest predicate of all five categories with a score range of 90-100. The other four categories are Towards Informative (80-89.9); Informative enough (60-79.9); Less Informative (40-59.9) and Not Informative (<40).
"On behalf of Pelindo management, I thank and appreciate the Central Information Commission for giving this award to Pelindo. Being a public body with an Informative title for Pelindo is a big mandate, we will strive to continue to maintain and increase trust and service to the public," said Pelindo's Director of Finance and Risk Management, Mega Satria.
To fulfill public services related to information, Pelindo continues to provide updates related to corporations through corporate websites which are the main source of service and information dissemination, integrated social media channels, as well as through annual reports and sustainability reports.
