Planting Four Thousand Trees, Pelindo Collaboration with North Jakarta City Government

Commemorating Tree Planting Day on November 28 2022, PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) / Pelindo collaborated with the North Jakarta City Government in planting more than four thousand Palas Payung or Palem Kol. This activity is a manifestation of the Company's commitment to environmental preservation through the arrangement of green lanes along Jalan Yos Sudarso.

Tree planting program in Green Open Space Jl. Yos Sudarso is one of Pelindo's TJSL program implementations with an environmental focus. The Mayor of North Jakarta, Dr. Ali Maulana Hakim, Group Head of the Pelindo Corporate Secretariat Ali Mulyono, all ranks of the North Jakarta Administrative City Office and Pelindo Young SOEs.

The benefits of this Palm Palas Payung or Palm Kol tree include increasing air humidity, being easy to care for, absorbing pollutants and producing oxygen, so that it can provide benefits in the North Jakarta area.
